There are quite a few features I would love to see implemented over on Google Plus; but, one thing which still astounds me is that there is no RSS feed for G+ timeline updates. If there is one thing both designers and clients want, it is the ability to add feeds from their Social Network accounts to their websites.
After some research I found a few which didn't look either trustworthy (safe) or effective....that is, until now.
There is a service called Plus Feed, actually Plus Feed 2 an unofficial Google+ user feed service.. First obtain your user ID number from your browser's address bar when you visit your Google + profile. Add that to the end of this url: http://plusfeed2.appspot.com/ like so: http://plusfeed2.appspot.com/111111111111111111111/posts<---your user id number + end url of your G+ Circle page.
Next simply go to any decent web feed management provider (such as Feedburner) and paste this url into the form for createing a feed. This will turn your Google+ profile page into a atom or rss feed! Done!
The final step is to add your feed to your site using javascript, php etc. in the same way you would for Twitter or Facebook (if you're not using widgets). This should work until Google Plus gets its act together with regards to RSS. Have fun!
